British ocean racer Mike Golding, OBE, will have his latest Open 60Ecoverofficially named by HRH The Princess Royal at the Southampton Boat Show on Monday 17 September.

After the ceremonyEcoverstarts sea trials in preparation for her first competitive outing in the Transat Jacques Vabre Race in November. The boat is the second designed by Owen Clarke for Golding to compete in the IMOCA Open 60 circuit, culminating in the Vendée Globe.
