Pindar has announced its sponsorship of the World Match Racing Tour.

Pindar, well known sponsor of international sailing campaigns including regular Tour competitor Ian Williams (GBR), has joined the Tour as one of the official sponsors.

Andrew Pindar, Chairman of the Pindar Group commented: “Our sponsorship of the World Match Racing Tour is a natural addition to our support of Ian Williams and his team. The Tour events take place worldwide and provide an ideal platform for us to entertain our own customers in a unique environment, as well as supporting Ian and his team at world class events.”

The next event on the Tour is the Troia Portugal Matchcup which takes place from 24-29 July where Williams hopes to regain his position at the head of the the Tour board. Williams is currently lying third overall on the rankings.
