The latest news from the Vendee Globe race track is that British sailor Mike Golding sailing Ecover has taken third position from Sebastien Josse (VMI).

Golding who has been in the leading group of four for the last few weeks has finally gone for the kill and although the margin is still fairly slim (2.4 miles) over Josse, it will be interesting to see his tactics over the next few hours.
