On Mid Summers Night 23 June 2004, more than 150 yachts will start in Scandinavia’s toughest race.

A double-handed race with yachts between 26 – 65ft LOA, the boats will navigate 300nm along the rocky coastline of South East Norway and West Sweden.

Starting at Hankoe the race has three legs, with individual three hour pitstops in Arendal (Norway), and in Marstrand, Sweden. Among the crews will be professionals from the Volvo Ocean Race and former Olympic sailors.

When Watski Skagerrak TwoStar was launched last year it took less than two weeks before the race was fully booked.
