With onboard footage from Sony, watch the teams as they battle twice around the Isle of Wight against the likes of Williams F1 and Microsoft in one of the biggest business regattas in the world. And find out how companies such as Airbus, Vodafone and Rolls Royce are using sailing to develop teamwork in ‘real life’.

Throughout the summer a total of 50 will take part in the Challenge, all competing for a place in the final.
