For those planning an Atlantic circuit, the Yachting World/World Cruising Club’s weekend Atlantic Circuit Seminar 2 this March should not be missed.

Scheduled to take place from 3-5 March 2006 at the Holiday Inn, Guildford, this two-and-a half-day event focuses on a number of subjects in depth to help prepare for offshore cruising. The lecturers include experienced offshore sailors, and industry experts, who will draw on their own experiences and knowledge to offer sound practical advice during the seminar.

A previous delegate from the seminar summed it up as follows: “The seminar was well organised, very informative and educational. It is a good opportunity to meet other ARC participants and is great value for money, thank you very much.”

The fee (£350 per person, or £320 per person for confirmed ARC participants) covers accommodation at Holiday Inn for two nights, all meals and refreshments including a three course dinner on the Saturday night, and the full seminar lecture programme with notes.
