Pascall Atkey, one of the longest established chandleries in Cowes, has joined forces with Gill to open a new clothing shop.

Gil at Atkey, is situated in a prime high street position immediately next door to Pascal Atkey and opposite the entrance to Red Funnel in Cowes High Street. The new shop will be devoted solely to selling Gill-branded clothing and accessories.

Both parties are delighted to be working closely together. Pascal Atkey saw an opportunity to service the market with a dedicated clothing store and realised that Gill was the ideal partner. For its part, Gill is grateful for this superb opportunity to promote its brand and sell performance and enthusiasts gear through a dedicated retail outlet in Cowes.

Opened in time for the Easter holiday by Paralympic Gold-medal winning sailor Andy Cassell, the shop is reporting brisk business and is now gearing up for a busy summer, welcoming crews and visitors to Skandia Life Cowes Week and the America’s Cup Jubilee in August.
