Never mind how big your motorboat is. How much does all the bling glitter in the sun?

This is Flamenco Marina outside Panama City. It is brimming with sports fishing boats that go out at weekends and during week are all returned to splendour by a legion of cleaners.

Wash, rinse, repeat. Buff, polish, repeat.

This went on for days. No smears or scuffs allowed.

I was very taken by this ultra houseproud fitting. It’s a leather strap lined with sheepskin to stop the lanyards of the boat fenders marking the handrails and rubbing strake.

Even the black leather looked polished to me.

Beat that for fussiness.
