Our sister magazine PBO celebrated its 40th birthday yesterday with a drinks party on their Southampton Boat Show stand and several cakes featuring the current front cover.

I was very disappointed to discover that the cakes were not the traditional whisky-laced fruit variety and, worse, that they had been bought from Asda.

Shome mishtake shurely?

Shouldn’t they have been rustled up in a pressure cooker by the editorial team and followed up with some useful hints and tips in the next issue?
