With just three months to go before the start of the Challenge Transat 2002, there is only a handful of berths still available for this inaugural event

The Challenge Transat, which starts on 25th August 2002 will pit six identical 72ft Global Challenge yachts in a race from Southampton to Boston and back – a series of two races. The boats will each carry one professional skipper, professional mate and 16 amateur crew, made up of men and women from all walks of life and nationality.
