The fourth day’s racing at the Flying 15 national championship in Torquay, sponsored by Puffa and Craftinsure.com, was marred by very little wind. After a postponement until after lunch a 7-knot breeze filled in and racing finally got underway.

On the beat to the finish AlanBax and Brian McKee were in a close battle for second place with Bax just getting through. Kilbee held on for fourth place. Steve Goacher and Phil Evans posted another emphatic victory their fifth of the week.
