Szabolcs Majthenyi and Andras Domokos notched up a respectable scoreline, including three first places, to secure the Flying Dutchman world championship in Portugal
The Hungarian duo of Szabolcs Majthenyi and Andras Domokos took three firsts, and never finished worse than seventh during last week’s Flying Dutchman world championship in Portugal. The event was hosted by Clube Naútico de Tavira and a total of 40 boats took part. The best British team finishing in 10th place overall, was John Best and James Cole sailing their three-year-old Mader boat.
