Illbruck has rounded the south Atlantic island of La Trindade and is now negotiating which route to take across the Atlantic Ocean towards South Africa. Every other yacht will be facilitated in their decision making process on how Illbruck is doing with their choice. It will, on the other hand, be difficult for Illbruck to know how to react if their closest opponents Assa Abloy, News Corp, Tyco and Amer Sports One split behind her.

One of the unluckiest boats in the fleet in the last 24 hours is SEB who has broken the headboard car for the second time. Amer Sports Too and djuice are now closing the gap once again.
