Paul Goodison and James Date representing the Laser class are the overnight leaders of the Endeavour Trophy
Paul Goodison and James Date representing the Laser class are the overnight leaders of the Endeavour Trophy which is being held at Burnham on Crouch this weekend in RS400s.
After a two-hour postponement due to lack of wind, an easterly breeze set in which allowed three short windward/leeward races to be held at the mouth of the River Roach.
Goodison and Date show sailed a superb series in the light tricky conditions and managed to hold off Andy Richards and Rob Wilson (Laser 5000) who are currently lying in second place overall.
The weather forecast is for similar conditions tomorrow, however, with enough races already sailed to constitute a series, the race committee is preparing to review the conditions in the morning to decide if further racing should go ahead.

2nd Laser 5000, Andy Richards and Rob Wilson
