Team GBR sailors including Paralympic sailors John Robertson (31, Sunderland) and previous Young Sailor of the Year winner Hannah Stodel (17, Essex) will benefit from Marlow sponsorship to receive a year’s worth of free rope.

Robertson commented, “it is great for us to receive this sponsorship deal from Marlow and will really help our campaign. High performance ropes can make a considerable difference to a boats performance and we are excited to have been given this opportunity.”

As well as sponsoring one RYA Development Squad sailor or team each month over the period of a year, Marlow have also become the official supplier to the RYA Performance Squad.
