Showing qualities of determination, endurance, commitment, and skill, 25-year-old Ben Rogerson has succeeded in sailing non-stop around Great Britain and Ireland in his Mini 6.5.

Ben successfully completed his challenge, crossing the finish line at 06:25 UTC on Saturday 25 July, after 15 days 3 hours 8 minutes at sea. This feat, to Ben’s knowledge, has never been achieved before.

Ben’s ‘Round Britain & Ireland Non-Stop Solo Attempt’ was part of the build up of his campaign to compete in the Mini Transat in 2011, and was in support of the Armed Services Rehabilitation Charitable Organisation – Toe in the Water .
