Matt Searle and Rich Bell of the host club are, after three days, leading the B14 European championship at Hayling Island on 16 points, a two-point lead over Tim Fells and Dave Cunningham of Grafham Water SC. Matt Snedker and Dave Dobrevenic of Weston SC are in third, a further point behind and early leaders Jason Andrew and Joel are fourth on 22 points.

The stronger wind saw Searle and Fells battling for the leading positions and with just two races to be contested, the champion looks set to come from the leading four with only six points separating them as they go into the final day.
