From 15-17 June, check out the South Wales Boat Show in Margam Park 17/4/07
For boating enthusiasts who fancy something a bit different this year, why not check out the South Wales Boat Show in the picturesque town of Margam Park, from 15-17 June.
Near Port Talbot, the show already has over 100 exhibitors and estimates there will be 250-300 craft at the show. Last year thousands attended the show with exhibitors selling over £1,000,000 of boat, equipment and services.
With a 5,500sq foot marquee, and a fully booked marina, the show will have plenty on offer for the family. As well as browsing the marine treasures of the exhibitors you can try a boat on the lake for free, or let the kids play on the pirate shipwreck on Aberavon Beach. There’s also go karting, a fairground and paintball to entertain the kids. An RNLI Sea Safety Road Show will demonstrate vital safety tips and The Wave / Swansea Sound Roadshow will provide live entertainment, music, games and quizzes on and off the water.
Tickets cost £6.00 for an adult, £2.00 for a child and £15.00 for a family (2 adults and up to 4 children)
