If you’re looking for a pair of stylish yet functional boat shoes to strut your stuff around Cowes Week look no further than Timberland’s Eurus trainer-style deck shoe – part of the company’s Outdoor Performance range.

The Eurus is a lightweight shoe made from a mixture of waterproofed leather and man-made air-mesh uppers to ensure your feet remain comfortable even when the going gets tough.

The sole has been designed with reinforced areas for protection and extreme comfort when moving around the deck. Although we haven’t yet had a chance test out the Eurus’ qualities on the water, Timberland assures us that forefoot drainage ports provide superior traction on wet surfaces.

Interesting design/safety features include reflective webbing, and ‘snap on’ lace protectors – although we’re not too sure how long the novelty of fastening up this little extra will last. We’ll have a better idea if they live up to their glowing reputation when the ybw.com team put them to the test during Cowes Week.
