Organisers of Skandia Cowes Week have been granted permission to replace the North East Mining Ground Buoy, which was removed a couple of years ago, with a buoy sponsored by SailTime.

The mark, which will be laid in early March 2007, will be positioned further inshore at location: 50 44.35N, 001 06.50W.
