Using voiceovers from each of the skippers and stylish photography throughout, the Volvo Ocean Race team has done a great job at both distilling its nine month race into a 10 minute video and revealing the sacrifice and exhaustion required and experienced by the race crews.

The Unforgiving Ocean is raw and emotional, epitomised by Ian Walker’s grizzled, salt-ravaged face – and it even has some Johnny Cash in there.
